We educate
ourselves about Your Business

In the first phase of consultancy, we understand our client’s business, their marketing process till now and we call it the “Learning or Discovery Phase”. We read company policies, meet the company’s board of Directors, visit the facility, meet the team members, study SOP’s and understand company’s operations and how those processes are being performed.

We Analyze
the Areas of Change

After completely learning about the business through documents and meeting a couple of times with the business owners and department heads, we analyze the areas of change by identifying company’s strengths and weaknesses and foreseeing the opportunities that can be availed as a result of those changes and possible threats from external environment which are sometimes uncontrollable.

We Design
Solutions

After identifying the problems, we design solutions to those problems. So, for example, if a company has a strong Sales department but the Marketing or Social Media side is weak, we devise plan on how to strengthen those areas. This can be done by advising to allocate certain amount of budget, hiring resources and training them to fill those gaps. During this phase, we try to maintain open & clear communication.

We Present
our Findings Objectively

As most of the business owners are emotionally attached with it, it’s important to understand that these suggestions are given in the best interest of their organization and not to make them feel that they have been doing these processes wrong all these years.

As Marketing Consultants we believe in constructive criticism and presenting our findings objectively yet in a creative &neutral way. We then share our findings with the business owners and take their opinion on it. Often, the business owners have feedback and they like to present their opinions to revise the plans as necessary. Once both parties agree to revised plans and changes, we devise methods to implement those findings.
